Abstract

Proses bimbingan akademik sering mengalami kendala seperti ketidakteraturan jadwal dan kurangnya dokumentasi yang tersimpan dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem pemesanan jadwal bimbingan berbasis web untuk meningkatkan efektivitas proses bimbingan antara dosen dan mahasiswa. Metode pengembangan menggunakan model Waterfall. BPMN digunakan untuk memetakan alur proses secara terstruktur sehingga setiap langkah pengajuan, persetujuan, dan pengelolaan jadwal dapat divisualisasikan secara jelas. Implementasi sistem dilakukan menggunakan PHP, MySQL, dan Bootstrap untuk menghasilkan antarmuka yang responsif serta mudah digunakan. Hasil pengujian black box menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur utama seperti penentuan slot dosen, pemesanan jadwal mahasiswa, persetujuan bimbingan, dan pengelolaan Riwayat berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Sistem ini mampu mempercepat proses pemesanan bimbingan, serta menyediakan dokumentasi bimbingan yang lebih rapi.
