  • Proper citations must be provided, and all forms of plagiarism—whether partial or full—must be strictly avoided.

  • All individuals listed as authors must have made significant contributions to the research and writing of the manuscript.

  • If an error or significant inaccuracy is discovered in the published work, authors are obliged to promptly notify the editor for correction (revision or article retraction).

2. Responsibilities of Editors

  • Editors are responsible for making publication decisions based on editorial policies and input from peer reviewers.

  • Editors must ensure that all review processes are conducted objectively, fairly, and without discrimination based on the author's affiliation, gender, religion, race, or political views.

  • Editors must maintain the confidentiality of manuscripts and must not use information from submitted manuscripts for personal advantage.

  • Editors are required to take appropriate action if any ethical violations or academic misconduct are suspected.

3. Responsibilities of Peer Reviewers

  • Reviewers are expected to provide objective, constructive, and timely evaluations of the manuscript's scientific content.

  • Reviewers must not have any conflicts of interest with the authors, institutions, or related parties involved in the manuscript.

  • Reviewers must maintain the confidentiality of the review process and must not misuse information obtained during the review for personal gain.

  • Reviewers assist the editor in making editorial decisions and help authors improve the quality of their manuscripts.
